A Transition for The Hive Hounds

The past week has been a whirlwind of change, momentum, and reflection. When we first set out to build The Hive Hounds, our vision was to create a strong community—one bound not just by power, but by collaboration, strategy, and a shared commitment to something greater than ourselves. I have always believed that true influence is built on relationships, not just firepower.

However, as the alliance has grown, it has become clear that we have taken a different path. Our trajectory has led us to power, to strength, to becoming one of the key forces in the server. This is not a bad thing—in fact, it’s an incredible achievement. The Hive Hounds are now in a position to lead in ways I had not originally envisioned. And with that shift comes a decision I must make: do I adapt and become the leader this alliance now needs, or do I step aside for someone who already embodies that vision?

I have decided that the best strategy, for both myself and for The Hive Hounds, is to transition leadership to someone who can take the alliance to the next stage. There are others among us with greater influence, clearer strategic vision, and the ability to lead us forward in this new era. This transition is not a loss but an evolution—a recognition of what has already happened and where we are headed.

That doesn’t mean this choice is easy. I am grieving the loss of what I once hoped we would become. But leadership is not about clinging to what was; it’s about making the right decision for the whole. And right now, the right decision is to pass the torch.

To every member of The Hive Hounds, thank you for being a part of this journey with me. Thank you for the trust, the camaraderie, the battles fought, and the moments of shared triumph. I hope the alliance continues to thrive, and I will be here to support it in whatever way I can.

This is not an end. It’s simply the next step in the evolution of The Hive Hounds.
